The Gentleman – Chapter 1

Many centuries ago, there lived a gentleman, in a little town, at the end of a winding path along Jacksons Street. The reason why everyone called him a gentleman, was not because he was exceptionally gentle, not to say he wasn’t, but that he always gave way to the requests of others before himself. Because of that, he was exploited by the folks that lived along Jacksons Street. Whenever they needed his help, they would be so exceptionally nice to him, to talk to him, to listen to the many wise words that he would say (normally they would just turn a deaf ear and pretended not to hear him as they felt that he was a little too naggy and that he would interfere too much with their lives, telling them what the right thing to do was). However what the gentleman wanted the most, was for the people to love him and accept him as part of their lives. But immediately after he helped them, he was deserted and left alone, all by himself, again and again.

The last cell

Can’t believe it. That cell is over. Well i guess its about time it ended since everyone feels that a new system basically the discipleship groups should be put in place and how smaller groups will bring sharing and accountability to a new level. Don’t get me wrong. I support this totally. But cell itself has been a great fun over the past few years. Can’t remember since when i first joined this cell. Love it. Totally. Byebye cell. You have been awesome. Legendary to a certain extend.

Tommorow is Friday

This week has passed really abnormally fast. I guess its this way with the first week of school huh? Overloaded with so much work and deadlines. I should invent stress immune vaccines. Then all the ip students can buy it from me. But serious, this is bad. I just realised tommorow is friday.

Friday, especially tommorow is a very important day that will affect what is to come for this whole year. No.. if you people are guessing that its my birthday, you guys apparently don’t know me much huh? Tommorow is one of the days where we actually finalise all the DG’s and stuff. Ugggh. Honestly speaking, i haven’t prayed much this week about the DG’s and i guess i’m ashamed to say that it slipped out of my mind while school has started!

This is bad bad bad. But thankfully God is so nice, as i prayed over it through my Qt, and this someone came to my mind. Havent thought much abt this person before but is interesting. So all you readers, do keep me in prayer even as i continue praying for who God wants to be in my DG. Oh yea, have to pray for a leader that is willing to take me in as well

Day 2 in Prison

Okay, first day of school loaded with an equal amount of stress and projects. Nice one Nj. You got me there. So ya, school has been fairly uneventful and yucks i dont like it at all! Well i guess this is it, whether i like it or not, the new year. Very shag from school. Ugggh, chinese new year, why wont you come earlier!

What’s on my mind you say?

I guess at the current moment, just a few days before my hectic school starts and i get overloaded with stuff, heres some stuff i wanna consider and think about.

1. DG’s – Discipleship Groups. At the current moment, all i heard is that i believe God wants me to take a DG and no doubt that through this i will definitely grow to know him more. But a few concerns is that i have to get my walk right and steady with him so that i can lead my dg members as well as be able to commit yet not neglect my school work.

2. Relationship – I’m starting to see more and more people saying this “i think i like ____” or having crushes on one another. I believe this is definitely an important aspect of life and maybe i should start pondering on how a relationship can be centered around God and thank God im not involved in any of these. I love being 15.

So these thoughts are racing through my mind. Interesting indeed.
